Cancellation Policy

No-shows are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice in advance otherwise a 50% charge will incur. Thank you for choosing our service.

For Group Monthly Sessions

If you have purchased tickets for a session and are unable to attend, please note that they are non-refundable. However, you can use them for the next session or convert them into credit for other services. Thank you for your understanding.
